Ice Hockey Coaching - Intermediate Skills

An intermediate view of ice hockey training - this can be bought individually, in packages or as an amount of time. This is for people who have progressed past a basic understanding of the sport or recommendation by Coach Chris.

This service would be the intermediate progression of understanding the sport, we would continue to view areas where the athlete can improve.  We will also look at new concepts and start to understand situations from a different point of view.  Additionally, we would look into areas that the athlete has noticed work well for them and help continue the building blocks as to be structurally sound.  This would continue diving into areas where the athlete can continue to develop.

Additionally I will include a copy of what we worked on during the session. Including but not limited to: Off-ice training drills/what to work on for next time, What to bring for the next session, What was done in the training session, and recommended nutrition habits, potential books or resources the student/athlete can use to help better their hockey knowledge or life as a whole, as well as progress meter - task center with focused goals. 

These prices would exclude additional rink fees such as maintenance, ice time, other incidentals, etc.
