Ice Hockey Coaching - Beginner Skills

A beginner ice hockey training - this can be bought individually, in packages or as an amount of time.

This service would be the beginning to understand the sport, we would view areas where the athlete can improve.  We will also look at concepts and start to understand situations from a different point of view.

Additionally I will include a copy of what we worked on during the session. Including but not limited to: Off-ice training drills/what to work on for next time, What to bring for the next session, What was done in the training session, and recommended nutrition habits as well as potential books or resources the student/athlete can use to help better their hockey knowledge or life as a whole.

These prices would exclude additional rink fees such as maintenance, ice time, other incidentals, etc.
